LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Software product, any printed materials, any on-line or electronic documentation, and any and all copies and derivative works of such Software product and materials ("Software") are the copyrighted work of UltraApps, its subsidiaries, licensors and/or its suppliers. All use of the Software is governed by the terms of the End User License Agreement, which is provided below ("License Agreement"). The Software is solely for use by developers and end users according to the terms of this License Agreement. Any use, reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the terms of the License Agreement is expressly prohibited. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you cannot install the Software and must immediately delete or destroy all copies of it in your possession

1. Free server usage license included with the purchase of CodeCharge Studio Standard Edition:
You are offered this Software and its source code free of charge as a registered user of CodeCharge Studio. By downloading and using this Software You expressly agree to abide by this License. This Software is made available for your use under the following terms and conditions:

You are permitted to:

Install the Software on a single Web server for own use within your organization.
Modify the provided CodeCharge Studio source code (project) of the Software for own exclusive use.
Use this Software and its source code for educational and learning purposes.

You are NOT permitted to:

Duplicate, sell or distribute the Software or its source code to 3rd parties.
Create derivative products based on this Software without obtaining prior permission from UltraApps.com (development license is offered separately).
Convert the Software or its parts to a different computer language or environment for the purpose of sale or redistribution.
Modify or remove any part of this license including copyright information.

2. Commercial development and redistribution license:
By purchasing this Software You expressly agree to abide by this License. This Software is made available for your use and redistribution under the following terms and conditions:

You are permitted to:

Modify the provided CodeCharge Studio source code (project) of the Software, as long as UltraApps.com is clearly identified within the source code as the original copyright holder.
Modify the provided application code of the Software generated by CodeCharge Studio, as long as UltraApps.com is clearly identified within the source code as the original copyright holder.
Rebrand the Software by changing its name and adding your copyright statements, as long as UltraApps.com is clearly identified within the source code as the original copyright holder.
Redistribute (resell) the CodeCharge Studio source code (project) to unlimited 3rd parties at a price not lower than $500 per server installation, without transferring the redistribution rights onto the 3rd party. For lower-priced redistribution please contact UltraApps.com for royalty-based license.
Redistribute (resell) the application code generated by CodeCharge Studio to unlimited 3rd parties at a price not lower than $300 per server installation, without transferring the redistribution rights onto the 3rd party. For lower-priced redistribution please contact UltraApps.com for royalty-based license.
Use this Software and its source code for educational and learning purposes.
